Jekaterina is an expert in communications in Russian, whose expertise includes communications in both the public and the private sector. One of her greatest strengths include her knowledge of the Russian-speaking media landscape.
Jekaterina has a long-term working experience at the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund, where her tasks include strategical planning and implementation of communications in Russian. She has managed various media projects of which several have made headlines on TV and radio stations.
Jekaterina's private sector clients include companies ranging from the finance and medical field to enterprises dealing with culture and integration. On a daily basis, most of her time is consumed by her close cooperation with Unimed United clinics' personnel which has resulted in numerous original articles and interviews in the Russian-speaking sphere. Further, before the opening of a new exhibition, Jekaterina conducted a Russian-speaking focus group study for the Vabamu Museum of Occupations and Freedom.
Jekaterina further pours her soul into organizing the Song and Dance Festival and daily, she works together with, amongst others, ERGO and EY in developing their Russian-speaking communication strategies. In her work, she is guided by the principles that language is not merely words and phrases, but a unique tool used to influence worldviews.
Jekaterina has a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration and a Master's degree in Communications, Language, and Social Communications from the Baltic Film, Media, Arts and Communications School at the University of Tallinn.
