JUMPSTART

Miltton's Internship Program 2020

The Miltton Internship Program is looking for young people who are ready to jump-start their careers. We provide you with half a year of experience, skills, knowledge

and useful connections in a cool environment agencies only dream of.

CONSULTANCY IN ALL ITS DIVERSITY

Miltton is Estonia's leading strategic advisor in communications, government relations, change management and responsible business. We work as a team, grow with our clients, operate with partners in neighbouring countries, and consider it important to cultivate and nurture necessary societal changes.

SIX FLYING YOUNG PEOPLE

There are only six seats on the 2020 flight, where we expect students from different disciplines. As a student, we expect you to have serious interest and/or some experience in at least one of these fields: Communication, Journalism, Sociology, Graphic Design, Economics, Marketing, Cross Media, Political Science but also, for example, Anthropology, Dramaturgy and Psychology. We are expecting young people, whose native language is either Estonian, Russian or English.

PERSONAL MENTOR

Each trainee will have a personal mentor and practice supervisor throughout the traineeship, someone from the top of the field on the Miltton team.

ONE FLIGHT

Although individual internships take place at different times, all trainees start and finish together. They are constantly exposed to joint training, events and assignments throughout the semester.

SIX-MONTH PROGRAM

The program begins in May and ends in October. Each month there is at least one joint training and inspiration day hosted by Miltton's top experts from Estonia, Finland, Sweden and elsewhere. For example, we are talking about creativity and design thinking, the importance of sociology and research, responsible entrepreneurship, the back of government or lobbying, etc. In addition, internees will mutually lead a longer-term project on the fly.

PAID WORK EXPERIENCE

OF AT LEAST 6 WEEKS

The most intense period of the semester is a minimum of 6 weeks of internship, whereby trainees are included as equal team members in Miltton's daily work. Internships are paid.
