Martin is a co-founder and a senior consultant at Miltton New Nordics. He has a thorough knowledge of Estonian and European Union's legislation and political decision-making.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, Martin was a member of the Riigikogu, deputy chairman of the Reform party fraction. Prior to that, he led the Reform Party as Secretary-General, where he was responsible for the party's operational level. Under his leadership, the Reform Party achieved electoral success in the 2014 European Parliament elections and the 2015 Riigikogu elections.
In 2016, Martin founded Südamekodud, a company that operates private nursing homes, where he still is a shareholder and a board member.
